Rhea : a hapless witch hunt or an Alpha woman!

RHEA: A HAPLESS VICTIM of WITCHHUNT  OR AN ALPHA WOMAN

______________________________________________

The women in this country have been fighting stereotypes for decades now. Any woman from a 2 tier or a lesser city, after giving birth to a daughter will primarily wish for her her daughter to grow into a self-reliable independent woman to take care of her expenses all along.

This happens only in India I guess!

When a girl gets into a relationship with a boy

The entire family of the girl will accept the boy like their own.

But when a boy gets into a relationship with a girl, the boy's family starts looking at the girl with suspicion first and accept her later after putting her through numerous tests and in some cases perhaps never.

Sushant was an adult, a successful actor, a handsome hunk who took multiple lovers, had long term and short term relationship with successful women.

The rumoured love affairs he had with Ankita Lokhande, Kriti Sanon, Sara Ali Khan and Rhea Chakraborty.  I presume Rhea is the least known celebrity to the audience.

She got into a relationship with him to exploit him for his money name and fame is an acceptable argument. It is not an unusual thing in today's world more so in Bollywood where superficial and pseudo relations are a norm.

It is up to the agencies to prove if she introduced him to drugs with an agenda to cheat him by making him an addict or they were partners in this crime from day one. It is also said and heard everywhere that most of them in the industry are into drugs, either for recreation, addiction or for commerce.

The level of Sushant's indulgence in drugs before Rhea walked into his life is not established yet. A big part of the puzzle can be assembled if the agencies can get insights into Sushant's life by interrogating his exes. They will deny the charge of Sushant doing drugs because once they accept it they, too, will come under the drug (NCB) web.

Analyzing and decoding Sushant's life vis a vis drugs pre-Rhea days is one of the ways going forward.

For a moment, let us assume he has been into ganja, etc, forever, and then Rhea comes in, facilitating the process of procuring herbal and chemical Drugs.

He was using her ph as an alibi for alternate therapies using THC oil as claimed by Rhea in the case of Jaya Saha suggesting Rhea administer 5 drops of THC oil.

I was with Rhea until this part.

But in her maiden interview with Rajdeep Sardesai post-Sushant death, she claimed that her only fault was she loved him and that he was a mentally ill person. Then, she made claims through her lawyer that he was a mentally ill drug addict.

If we love someone and when we see the person sinking, will we stand and watch it take a natural course leading to any damn consequence?

 or

will we intervene and bring in every possible help to save the person we love.

she could have written detailed emails or messages to all the sisters and father, giving them an update on his deteriorating mental health and drug abuse. As depression and drugs are a lethal combination this should have kept her on high alert.

It was not difficult to foresee where it was leading, and she had mentors like Mahesh Bhatt, who saw myriad celebrities walking down that path.

This suggests that she wasn't bothered about the consequences; hence, she spoiled him by indulging him in his vices to remain in his good books and ultimately let him slip down.

This is pardonable if she admitted to not loving him, but it is very contradictory when she maintains that she loved him and hence procured drugs for him.

If he wasn't listening to her she should have shrugged off her responsibility of him and handed him over to his guardians as early as January 2020.

I use the word handing over even to someone who is 34 years old because patients need to be handed over,  more so mentally ill patients.

She left him after a fight for unclaimed reasons, the sisters took over and tried to do whatever they thought was right.

I cannot buy the argument that the older sisters exploited the KID brother for his wealth.

If a boy is born after four girls, he will have the privilege of being mothered by five women. He was very precious to them, and nowhere is it reported so far that they were chasing his wealth; hence, they wanted to shoo away Rhea. His long-time ex-girlfriend Ankita never made such claims about his sisters. She would have seen them and interacted with them from closer quarters as it was a six-year-long relationship.

The reason for their break up was not drugs or family, but insecurities, which are natural when one of the partners sees a stupendous rise in the career while the other equally skilled partner doesn't get similar chances.

So Rhea cannot merely escape by casting aspersions on the sisters and father.

If she had the intention of sticking with him through thick and thin, then what she did to him (a patient) was not right, and it is punishable even if it is established as suicide.

If she never fell in love with him and was just using him to further her career, then we should let her go. She has been mud-slung and maligned enough to last a lifetime.

It is Sushant who needs to be blamed here. Despite his claims of being a brilliant boy, he couldn't see through a wicked girl, or maybe he was looking for someone like her to do his dirty work. In that case, karma has squared off.

They both got what they asked for in the subconscious mind. He put an end to his existential crisis by ending his life and her prayers to become popular have been answered. Karma is a boomerang.
